Executives at AT&T needed to develop an internal portal that allowed external clients to apply and maintain Class of Service from the AT&T Virtual Private Network through the AT&T 4G LTE network, and back.

The Challenge:

To develop an entry system for entry of data from external clients that will allow them to utilize Quality of Service (“QoS”) network technology to enable qualified enterprise and government customers to receive priority treatment (not priority access) on the AT&T-owned domestic 4G LTE network for approved business applications.

My Role:

Senior Information Architect

  • Review user research.
  • Participated in the collaboration of ideation and feature development within an Agile environment.
  • Sketched wireframes and hi-fidelity prototypes.
  • Continuous weekly meetings with team members to meeting ambitious sprint deadlines.
